Once the court receives and processes your paperwork, you'll be assigned a case number and a Form 309A will be sent to you at the mailing address you listed on your forms.
If it's been a few days since you mailed in your forms and you haven't received anything from the court yet, it's ok to call the clerk's office to confirm they have everything.
Give it a few days before calling them, so there's time for the mail to arrive at the courthouse.
