What if I need to make changes to my forms?

Certain changes can be made using the case editor. Click the icon in the upper left corner and choosing "Case Editor" from the menu. If you are not able to make the change through case editor, you can make the updates yourself on the forms.

YOU are the last one who sees and files your forms. Although we cannot make all requested edits on your forms, feel free to ask where certain information goes.
