What types of debts should be included in the contracts section (Schedule G) of the questionnaire/petition?

Do you currently have any contracts where you're paying for the right to use an item or property for an agreed-upon amount of time? Contracts like these are examples of executory contracts and should be included on Schedule G.

The "Executory Contracts" section of your petition should include all payment contracts that you're still attached to. This includes contracts such as:

• cell phone contract,

• utility contracts, including internet and telephone service,

• vehicle lease agreements,

• gym memberships,

• rent-to-own contracts for furniture or electronics,

• any lease/rental agreements.
