There are pages missing from my petition.

I'm missing Official Form 101, pg 7 and Official Form 106E/F, pgs 2 and pgs 5-13.

The missing forms you noticed were purposely left out because they do not pertain to your bankruptcy.

Official Form 101 page 7 is a form for attorneys and you are filing pro se.

Pages 5-13 of Schedule E/F are extra non-priority unsecured entries along with "Part 3 List Others to Be Notified About a Debt That You Already Listed" which we do not use since we list all creditors, including collection agencies in Part 2.
