If you are paid via paper check, your paycheck stubs are attached to your check. If you no longer have your paycheck stubs, contact your payroll department or human resources department to request copies.
If you're getting paid by direct deposit, your paystubs are most likely emailed to you, so there's a good chance they're in your email inbox already. Some employers also make them available for download through some kind of portal. If you're not sure how to get your paycheck stubs, ask your human resources or payroll department how to get copies.
If you can't get your pay stubs quickly enough, you can indicate on your questionnaire that you can't find them and why. But, you're required to provide 60 days of paystubs, so do your best to locate them before filing your case.
If you're paid in cash and don't receive paystubs, it's ok to tell us that, too! Always be truthful!
