Student loans are considered a debt. You will be required to list your student loans as a debt on your bankruptcy forms, even though they are generally not dischargeable in bankruptcy.
Note: If you’ve been a full time student and using student loans to pay for living expenses without any additional sources of income, please visit help.upsolve.org and use the Submit a Request feature in the top right corner to send us a message if you’re encountering issues with our software because of it.
